An Important Notice and Update for Members of Redbrand Credit Union Regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus):

While the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is not actively a threat to members and employees of Redbrand Credit Union, the health and safety of all is of utmost important to us. We are actively monitoring the reported spread and following all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) regarding precautionary measures to reduce potential exposure to members and staff. Redbrand Credit Union does have protocol in place in event of local impacts, however, our goal is to maintain a safe and clean environment for all whom enter our offices.

At this time, all locations are open and committed to the high-quality service you have come to know and expect from us. If, at any time, it is decided that for the safety of our members and employees, Redbrand Credit Union must adjust our hours or close a location, notice will be given via our Facebook page and on our phone system. For those concerned with being in public and want to limit potential exposure to any illness, we highly suggest and encourage our membership to take advantage of the free online services and mobile apps that allow for 24/7 account access and monitoring. This includes: Online Banking, Free Online Bill Pay, Redbrand CU Mobile app, CardValet® app for debit cards and VISA® online (www.ezcardinfo.com). If you need cash, we have 3 ATMs located at each branch and qualifying members may access funds through any ATM with the Redbrand Credit Union ATM reimbursement program.

If you do choose to visit one of our locations, please be aware that our staff is being reminded to ensure their hands are regularly washed and sanitized and to not come in to work if they are feeling ill. We also encourage any members to take the same precautions. We have sanitizer available in all offices for our membership.

Despite the possible threat of COVID-19, our entire team is committed to serving you and your families. We thank you for your membership.
